Protocol Guidelines for Artists:
This exhibition is a juried for submission and prizes exhibition with cash awards of $1,200.00. The exhibition is for the sole benefit of the artists and there are no sales commissions requested.
Pre-registration via email or postal service by Monday, March 2nd , 2020 is required. All art is to be delivered to AMCH, Tues. Wed., March 31 and April 1st, 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm or by special arrangements via email contact.
A registration fee of $15.00 is required when art work is delivered. Up to 5 pieces of art may be submitted. No framed art to exceed 28” in length or width. Submitting artists must sign our liability waiver. All art must be original and properly prepared for hanging. A label must be attached to the back of each piece of art indicating artist’s name, title of art, media, size and contact info.
A list of artwork to be submitted should include titles, media, framed dimensions, prices and contact info and be emailed to Nancy Abato, Program Coordinator at firstname.lastname@example.org by March 2nd, 2020. Each artist must retain a copy of this list that can also be mailed to Nancy Abato, 88 Branch Ave. Cumberland, RI 02864.
The name and contact info of buyers will be recorded and given to the artist. The artwork sold must remain on display until the end of the exhibition, Sunday 5th at 4:00pm. Artists must make arrangements for purchasers to pick up their item at the close of the exhibition.
Each artist is encouraged to provide a brief profile, which will be posted during the exhibition. Bring your profile with your art work.
Artists are encouraged to exhibit for sale Bin Art: shrink wrapped original art or reproductions, note cards, etc. for display and sale, no sales commission requested. Please display this work in a professional looking container or stand. Appropriate basket containers would be an aesthetic compliment to the historical context of our old Quaker fire place room where the Bin Art will be displayed.
This exhibition is free and open to the public, and all artists are encouraged to attend the opening and encourage family and friends to attend the opening and attend during viewing hours.

Call for Artists
Arnolds Mills Community House will hold its 30th Annual Art Exhibition and sale opening Friday, April 3, 2020. The exhibition is a juried for submission and prizes exhibition with cash awards totaling $1,200.00 presented to outstanding adult and Cumberland High School student artists.
Artists must register for submission by Monday, March 2, 2020. Please contact, Nancy Abato, Program Administrator, email@example.com to receive exhibition protocol information. Artist bin sales are also welcomed for display.
The adult artist awards will be: 1st place $250.00, 2nd place $200.00, 3rd place $150.00, Honorable Mention $75.00.
Cumberland High School student artist awards will be: 1st place $200.00, 2nd place $150.00, 3rd place $100.00, Honorable Mention $50.00, Merit Awards $25.00.
Ms. Abby Rovaldi, fine artist and Program Coordinator at the Attleboro Arts Museum, Attleboro, Massachusetts will be the juror for this exhibition. Ms. Rovaldi holds a BFA from Massachusetts College of Art & Design. She is an award–winning artist who has been featured in numerous local, national and international exhibitions. Ms. Rovoldi’s work is found in Harrisburg, VA, Taunton, MA, Brooklyn, NY, and Siena, Italy.
All participating artists must be preregistered and have submitted their art work at the Arnolds Mills Community House, 75 Hillside Road, Cumberland, RI by Wednesday, April 1st, 2020 for inclusion in this exhibition.
