REGISTRATION FORM

In-person registration will be held on Saturday, January 13, from 9am to 1pm.  After this date, mail-in registrations are accepted, if space is available.  ALWAYS INCLUDE A SELF-STAMPED ADDRESSED ENVELOPE FOR CONFIRMATION AND MATERIALS LIST.  Registration checks are payable to the Arnolds Mills Community House.  Material’s fees are payable to the instructor.  Fees are non-refundable unless the class is cancelled.  The AMCH is located at the junction of Hillside Road and Abbot Valley Run Road in Cumberland.

KNITTED HATS:  Learn to use double pointed needles to make a hat for a new born baby.  All materials will be supplied and hats can be donated to “Little Hats, Big Hearts”. CROCHET RIDGED SCARVES:  A class for the beginner or experience crocheter.  A choice of two different scarfs will be offered.  Each one measures approximately 6” x 60” and can be completed in about 4 hours. CHILDREN’ SNOWMAN CLASS: Our January children’s’ class will be focused on making snowmen; no not outside but in the warmth of our community house. One snowman will be made using a white sock and the other will be made from a clay pot and a wooden ball.  Once these little fellas (or gals) are assembled, decorating will be left up to your child’s imagination!  Paint, ribbons and jewels will be available to help complete their projects.                                                                                                                                              Reg. fee $5   Materials $12.00                                                                                                 Saturday, January 27th  10:00  – 1:00pm                                                                                     Brenda Paquin, Instructor

POST STITCH SQUARES AFGHAN:  An easy to make crocheted square for beginners or experienced crocheters.  Learn the post stitch while crocheting squares that will be sewn together to form a colorful afghan. Size of the squares and afghan will be up to each individual. Learn how to do the post stitch while making your squares in the first class.  The number of squares needed for your afghan will be completed at home and sewn together in the second class.  The edging will also be started in the second class. FAT QUARTER FANCY QUILT:  With just a few of your favorite fat quarters and some fabric yardage for background, you can create this fast, fun and fancy quilt. Great for a wall hanging, lap quilt, baby quilt, table topper, or add borders to make it bigger. CHILDRENS’ VALENTINE CLASS:  This month we will be creating a couple of Valentine themed projects.
