REGISTRATION FORM In-person registration will be held on Saturday, January 11th from 9am to 1pm. After this date, mail-in registrations are accepted, if space is available. ALWAYS INCLUDE A SELF-STAMPED ADDRESSED ENVELOPE FOR CONFIRMATION AND MATERIALS LIST. Registration checks are payable to the Arnolds Mills Community House. Material’s fees are payable to the instructor. Fees are non-refundable unless the class is cancelled. The AMCH is located at the junction of Hillside Road and Abbot Valley Run Road in Cumberland.

KNITTED HATS: Learn to knit hats, You will be given a choice of two easy hat patterns. Your choice of yarn is what will make them great! Must know how to knit and purl. Reg. fee:$7.00 Wednesday, January 15th. 6:30-9:30 Nancy Abato, Instructor

BEGINNER KNITTING: For those of you who always wanted to knit, now is the time. Learn how to cast on, knit and purl, and bind off. Reg. fee $ 14 Thursday, Jan. 16 & 30th 6:30 -9:30 Nancy Abato, Instructor

UFO: Have lots of fun with fellow crafters working on your unfinished projects. An instructor will be there to assist you in completing your projects. There will be a potluck lunch, sign up for what you would like to bring. Saturday, January 18th 10:00 – 4:00 Reg. fee $10, pay that day. Lee Rao, Instructor

INTERMEDIATE TATTING/ TATTED HEART: Use the skills you have learned to make a beautiful heart. Must know how to do basic stitches, picot and ring. This class is a continuation of the introduction class. Reg. fee: $7.00 Thursday, January 23rd & February 6th 6:30-9:30 Patty Kelly Flis, Instructor

NO-SEW VALENTINE HEART: This no-sew ornament is made on a 4” Styrofoam heart. This is a trinity knot made with 3 coordinating Valentine fabrics interlocking in the center. Reg. fee: $7.00. Materials: $7.00 Tuesday, January 28th, 6:30-9:30 Joyce McLarey, Instructor

KNITTING FOR CHARITY: Let’s get together to knit or crochet hats for new born babies. All yarn and patterns will be provided, just bring your needles (size 6 or 7) and we will make it happen. “HEARTSTRINGS” MINI WALL QUILT: This adorable accent piece is an “I love you” bouquet for someone special! It features a swirled vase filled with heart shaped flowers sitting on a strip pierced base and finished with a scrap border. Finished size is approximately 12.5 x 21.5. We will use fusible applique, and your choice to machine or hand finish around shapes. Looks great in modern or traditional fabrics! Some quilting experience helpful- but all are welcome! VALENTINE’S DAY GNOME: Make this adorable Gnome holding a Valentine’s day heart. All you need is a bag of stuffing to make this cute guy. CAKE DECORATING CLASS: A unique opportunity to learn from the best! Christine Doucette, 2017 winner of the nationally popular TV challenge program, CAKE WARS, will demonstrate creative and innovative cake decorating techniques for making your birthday and holiday cakes EXTRA SPECIAL. STARS TABLERUNNER: This beautiful runner appears to be very complicated but it is quite easy. It is made of ten interconnected blocks using contrasting colors. Beginners with a good understanding of rotary cutting and have a sewing machine in good working order are welcome to attend. Thursday, February 13th 6:30 – 10:00 pm Robin Langevin, Instructor

WOODLAND BIRDS WOOL FELT TABLEMAT: This 18 x 24 inch wool mat is designed with a winter bird theme. Cardinals and chickadees perch on branches that border this oval mat. All hand pierced and embroidered using your own level of skills. All you need to bring to class is a pair of sharp small scissors for cutting wool shapes and household scissors for cutting paper.
