This series of classes will introduce the knitter to the types of yarn, needles and how to read a pattern. You will learn basic stitches, casting on, knit stitch and pearl stitch.
All beginners are welcome from age 12 and adults. You are never too old to learn to knit.
Supply list: Size 8 straight or circular needles , one skein of worsted weight yarn, ( we have plenty of donated yarn so if you do not care what the color is then you may take whatever you want), a pair of scissors , note paper & pen.
