APPLICATION PROCEDURE AND RULES OF USE
The use of the Arnolds Mills Community House (“AMCH”) is at the discretion of the AMCH Board of Trustees (“Trustees”). The Program Coordinator (“Coordinator”) shall act as the reservation agent for the Trustees. All requests for use of the AMCH shall be in writing and shall be submitted on a form or in a manner controlled by the Coordinator. The applicant for use of the AMCH (“applicant”), understands and agrees that use of the AMCH shall not involve any for-profit activities, regardless of whether the intended use is for a private or public function (the “function”). The applicant is responsible for: the actions of all persons attending the specific function for which use has been requested; the safeguard of all personal property brought into the AMCH; the cleaning of and removing all items brought into the AMCH as part of the function; and the health and safety of all individuals while attending the function, including adherence to all current AMCH requirements as well as CDC State and Federal requirements.
