
Joys of Rotisserie Chicken

Perfect for family dinner, but elegant enough for company, you will learn how to make quick and delicious meals from a supermarket rotisserie chicken. We will make Fresh Thai Chicken Spring Rolls with Peanut Sauce, Chicken and Vegetable Burritos, Chicken Tetrazzini, and Curried Chicken Salad. Our instructor is a Johnson & Wales culinary graduate.
