An event every week that begins at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, repeating until April 25, 2023

The Senior Yoga Class provides connection to your body and breath with slow, mindful movements with care not to over extend oneself. The focus is on improving flexibility, balance, stability, breath flow and relaxation. Postures are taught seated, standing and floor positions.  Individual attention and assistance are given where needed.
